WORK PERMIT INFORMATION!
Work Permits are required for paid employment for all students under the age of 18.
Use this link here for: Work Permit application.
Please see the California Department of Education
for more information on Work Permits for Minors.
ALL WORK PERMITS EXPIRE EACH YEAR in SEPTEMBER!
All working students must submit a new Work Permit application, by email to the CCC,
even if you are working at the same job.
Please download the application below. You will fill in the top portion and have a parent sign it. Your new or current employer must fill in the middle section and sign it.
Then SCAN the application or take a picture and email it in PDF format to the College and Career Guidance Specialist : lwhitehouse@conejousd.org
Ms. Harrison will approve the Work Permit application and
I will email you a copy to give your employer. Processing will take 24-48 hours.

PSAT Scores available March 8th for the January 26th, 2021 test
When your PSAT/NMSQT scores are ready online March 8th, you'll get an email with instructions on creating your College Board account. Go to your online score report, and use your access code to view your scores.
Students get 2021 PSAT/NMSQT January scores by March 8, 2021.

WACAC COLLEGE FAIRS (WESTERN ASSOCIATION FOR COLLEGE ADMISSION COUNSELING) We are excited to announce that the Western Association for College Admission Counseling will be partnering with StriveScan to host multiple virtual fairs in place of our in-person events this spring. This virtual format exposes students to a wide range of colleges while still being time- and cost-efficient for the colleges!
StriveScan hosted their nationwide Strive Virtual College Exploration program last year, and it was an overwhelming success with over 180,000 students and 500 colleges and universities from around the world. We partner with StriveScan to bring a more tailored version of this program, designed to serve the students in regions of California and Nevada.

College Board announces a new program called Opportunity Scholarships. Beginning with the class of 2022, you are asked to complete 6 tasks (that you would or SHOULD be completing) to have the opportunity to win scholarships. The more steps you take toward college, the more opportunities you have to earn a scholarship.
